Everything about Miss Shanaa is a yes. I adore her a lot. She's a pretty, successful and loveable woman. I'm always excited for CSS class because she teaches us the subject. She also cares so much about her students especially T11 hehe. She always gives feedback to our work especially when we were doing social media diary task for 8 weeks. Then, I once went to her office with Aimi to have a consultation for our event management report. She helped us a lot. Alhamdulillah, after summing up the marks of social media diary and event management, I got 48.64% as the carry marks. I love how easy-going Miss Shanaa is. We loves to joke with her related to Ariana Grande since she's an Arianator. I pray that she'll get to meet Ariana for real one day! :p I can feel the love from Miss Shanaa towards our class as the mentor and mother. I love her and I hope she'll still be our mentor in the next semester and teach us another subject because there's no CSS 2.0. <333
